The Clark Foundation Scholarship award must be renewed on an annual basis. To maintain eligibility for the renewal of a previously awarded scholarship, each award recipient must complete the following steps:
- RENEWAL FORM: Complete the Renewal Form HERE for direct submission to our office or download the form HERE and submit it via mail or email to our office.
- INTERVIEW: Schedule an in-person renewal interview through our Calendly Link HERE. If you have any questions regarding plans for your interview, or the use of the Calendly link, please contact our office.
- GRADES: Submit an unofficial transcript, including the two most recent full-time academic semesters, once spring semester grades are available. This can be submitted to our office by mail or email. Ensure the transcript includes your name, institution, and GPA.
Please note that award checks will begin mailing to schools in the last week of July, with the final issue date of September 30th for Fall awards. If any current award recipient does not plan to use a previously award scholarship for the upcoming academic year, please inform our office as soon as possible so we can place the award on hold.
Students planning to enroll in 12 or more credit hours during the summer semester are encouraged to contact our office promptly to discuss potential eligibility for summer semester scholarship. Awards for summer semester cannot be mailed after May 31st.
